Premium Subscriptions are managed by Apple.

 

If your subscription is within the free trial period, you can cancel it by

1. Go to "Settings"

2. Click on "Apple ID, iCloud+, Media & Purchases"

3. Choose "Subscriptions"

4. Find and cancel the Capy Diet or Calorie Deficit Calculator subscription

 

If that does not work, contact Apple iTunes support.
