Are you looking for healthy recipes and don't know where to start? You asked for it, and we delivered. This month we added recipes to the Oatsy app. You can browse all the amazing recipe ideas on Oatsy or share your secret recipe! It's also super easy to copy the recipes to your meal, so you can log it easily in the future. What are you waiting for, its time to cook a bite or two!
2. The next addition is an improve on progress viewing. It's good to see how well you've done throughout the past week, but even better to visualize the entire month and year. Weight loss or gain is slow process, so we know the importance of taking time to achieve your goals. It's also super helpful and beneficial to see how well your macro and calories diet is improve over time. So now in Progress, you can better visualize your target, goal throughout the year.
